Registration

This event is open to all with an interest and you can now register. Please refer to our terms and conditions prior to making your booking.

This year's conference is planned primarily as an in-person event. The online-only option below is intended only for those who are unable to attend in person, and is not designed to reproduce the full in-person attendance experience. For example, there are no planned online social events and it may not be possible for online attendees to ask questions in all parallel sessions.

All arrangements remain subject to change in case of a deterioration in the Covid situation.

Fees

The in-person registration fee includes refreshments and lunch, coach transfers from conference hotel, all event material and the conference dinner on a first come, first serve basis.

Online registration covers access to the online sessions via Zoom and to the electronic posters. 

*PhD students who are IoP members should select the "In-person IOP Associate Member" rate.
**PhD students who are not IoP members should select the "In-person Student Non Member" rate.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.  Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 25 March 2022. After that day, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations. Please see alternative payment methods here.
